Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Your Tour

Tour Pricing & Supplement Costs: Our prices are shown in US dollars on a twin or double-sharing room basis. You can pay in AUD, CAD, EUR, and GBP based on the latest exchange rate. We charge a single supplement to individual travellers who wish to book a single or a private room on their trip.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% of the tour cost and 100% airfare for ticket issuance is due at the time of booking. The final 70% of the tour cost payment is due 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before arrival, you must pay 50% of the tour cost, and 100% of the airfare payment must be made at the time of booking, and 50% of the tour cost should be paid a week before your departure date. Our tours are combined with luxury hotels and require a higher deposit to confirm their booking.

Before the Tour

Passport validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your Bhutan departure. Drukyul Delights arranges your Bhutan visa and permits. You are responsible for all other transit visas and permits.
Airfare: Airfare is not included unless specified. If Drukyul Delights arranges your flights, airline terms and conditions apply. The company is not responsible for changes in airfare, itineraries, or flight schedules.
Travel Insurance: The cost of the tour does not include any insurance coverage. You are required to get separate coverage from your home country before departure. A suitable insurance policy should provide adequate cover for cancellation, loss, damage, injury, or delay. We strongly recommend that your coverage include an emergency helicopter airlift if you are participating in a high-altitude trek.
Young Travellers: Travellers under 18 years old must be accompanied by elders or guardians throughout the trip. Each adult on a booking with a minor is responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the minor.
